This beautifully furnished Lake Martin home is perfect for memorable family vacations, fun get-a-ways with friends, candle-lit romantic weekends or exciting fall football celebrations (only 30 min. from Auburn!). Our returning guests have loved the peaceful privacy, convenient location and extra touches that make this vacation home an unforgettably amazing experience. Come enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Marin from the large screened porch on the main level and spacious patio and cooking area on the lower level.

Six private bedrooms sleep fourteen in beds. Two levels make this home perfect for multiple families. Main level has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area with fantastic views. Lower level has 3 bedrooms, kitchenette, bathroom and large living area also with beautiful views. Master has king bed, bedroom 2 has bunk beds and twin bed with twin trundle (sleeps 4), bedroom 3 has king bed, and all other bedrooms have queen beds. Breathtaking views of lake from three of the private bedrooms, kitchen, upper and lower level dining rooms/living areas, large screened porch and large covered patio. 65” flat screen TV and DVD player in upper den, 55" TV with DVD player in lower den, 39” flat screen TV and DVD player in master bedroom. 32" TV in extra bedroom. 100 plus DVD movies (wide variety) for your enjoyment. Cable and wireless internet. Large stationary dock with large attached floating dock. River North Marina (they offer boat rentals) just around the bend and public boat ramp apprx. three miles. Publix, Winn-Dixie and Walmart Super Center 5-7 miles.

Awesome lake house! Plenty of room. Nice to have the small kitchen downstairs. Very peaceful location and close to the boat launch. We had a wonderful time and would stay there again for sure.

By far the best rental we have ever stayed in. The beds were very comfortable, house was extremely clean, well stocked, organized and layed out perfectly for large groups. Three bedrooms upstairs and 3 downstairs worked out so well for our family. The screened in porch was an added bonus
 beautiful view of lake and fans kept it cool. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need from crockpot to blender and lots of cookware and dishes. The dock is amazing with plenty of seating. The lower patio with charcoal grills was so convenient with tables to eat at, more seating and open place for corn hole (not provided). Entire family enjoyed our stay and are asking to return next year. Wonderful, quiet place on Lake Martin for making treasured memories!

Perfect Lake House

Perfect house and location

We love this house! Our family has stayed at this great house exclusively for the last 12 years for our long weekend getaways. The house is just what we want and need for our large family. I love sitting on the upper screened porch with my coffee and watch the sun rise over the lake. It’s the perfect way to start my day before we spend the day swimming off the dock and boating on the lake. The owner/host is always easy to communicate with if I have any questions and ensures the house is comfortable and ready for us.

Alexander City Peaceful Lakehouse

My Family, 15 people, loved our week at the Lakehouse. Family had a blast, my 3 rating for the location was due only to the time and gas $ to travel to the southern section of Lake Martin by our rented Pontoon boat. The house was / is fantastic, plenty of room. All of us just loved our time at the home and on the lake. We've never had a better family vacation together!

Annual family getaway

We love staying at this house. We’ve chosen to stay at this house for our annual family vacation since 2012. The location is convenient to a marina, stores and restaurants. The house is always clean and equipped with what we need. The screened in upper porch is the perfect place to have our morning coffee and watch the sun rise. To top it all off, the owner is very friendly and quick to respond to any questions.

Relaxing long weekend get away

This home and its location was perfect for our family. The house was clean and well kept, stocked with games and plenty of room for everyone. Everyone had their own private area for winding down after the days activities as well. The setting on the lake was beautiful, and this was thebperfect time of year as it was very quiet and the weather was perfect. Gingers communication was outstanding as well. We hope to make it back and stay here again in the future.

Auburn game wknd stay

This past wknd was my wife’s bday and the auburn/uga football game. We had 5 couples in our group. There was plenty of room for all of us. The view is incredible, all of the amenities are 5*, short drive to auburn. We had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this property.

Family reunion

We had our first get together at this house in September of 2020 and fell in love with it . House is beautiful and very clean. Plenty of room for 12 people. Love the screened in porch and downstairs patio and fire pit. The large dock has room to park 3 boats . Great parking for vehicles and boat trailers also. The Boat launch ramp is a short 10/15 minute drive from the House and less than 5 minutes by boat.

Beautiful home!!

This is a beautiful home located in a great part of the lake. Not too busy so you can enjoy the pier area, and just a short boat ride to anywhere you want to go. Will definitely rent again!!
