first of all the room wasn't accommodating as I reserved. Booked a 2 bed and sofa bed suite. I called days in advance to verify that the room was accommodating for what I needed. Was told that everything was fine the room would sleep 5 . Check in on the day of stay, room not as reserved it didn't have a sofa be a as requested. The receptionist at front desk was pleasant in assisting but stated that the only room available was a king room with a sofa bed., however that would've work for my stay. Called hotel com and was told that I could cancel and move to another hotel but nowhere in the city had rooms available . All this was the day before Thanksgiving and we had a 2 night reservation. We had no choice but to stay so we had to go buy an air mattress to accommodate our stay for the time there. We had an issue with the TV not working so myself and my granddaughter went down for assistance and San the receptionist on the night shift 11pm to morning was so rude and not willing to help. It seemed as though she was having a bad night because when I asked if I could get someone to help with fixing the TV, first her eyes rolled up to the ceiling while taking a deep breath as though she was being bothered. My grand asked if she had any hot chocolate and my baby had to say excuse me 3 times before she turned to address her. She was watching TV/ you tube or something that was so loud where as we could hear the sound when we got off the elevator .👎 customer service housekeeping 👍

Room was in very bad shape. Door handle missing, bathroom doors were filthy, walls scuffed, chair looked like it had been chewed, currains were torn. No hot water when we arrived in the evening, no hot water in the morning. Overrun with teenagers in the pool, exercise room and lobby. Horrible stay

We stopped late in the night as a half way point on our trip back home, just to sleep. At the time, there was no hot water, but that didn’t bother us because all we wanted was sleep and to get up the next morning and get on the road. We could shower at home. The receptionists were sweet— checking in and out. Speaking for room 109: Nice, big room. VERY comfortable beds! I would book here again, but I’d call first.

Air conditioner sounded like jet plane on take-off, Black mold on ceiling above the bed. Mattresses wore out and leaned in towards center of the room. Bathroom tile dirty and cleaning supplies on floor. Told.front desk our concerns and it was like " oh well". Staff didn't care.

Room must have recently been remodeled as there was Sheet rock particles all over the floor. Bathroom was not swept either. Bed was very uncomfortable. Mattress was lumpy and needs to be replaced. Staff was amazing and friendly. However, at checkout, could not find anyone to check me out. Had to take a picture of the card with a note to the front desk that I was leaving. We were late for a ball tournament and couldn’t continue to wait.
