Beautiful location, right on the beach and amazing sunsets! The hotel is very noisy though with loud music playing until 2am and kids playing and screaming in the corridors outside the rooms until very late! The staff are very friendly especially Manetallah at reception, she is extremely helpful and always smiling!

It was an okay stay. We won’t do again especially that you have to pay for the water while eating breakfast. They still need to work on so many details of what it means to be a five stars hotel.

The staff was all incredibly polite and it felt genuine. It was clear that they are consistent in their training, from the security to the porters to the waitstaff. Everything was smooth and comfortable. The room had a beautiful view, and the beach was well-maintained.

An Unforgettable 21-Day Experience!

I recently completed a 21-day stay at Sunrise Alex Hotel, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and and the stunning views from my balcony were a delightful bonus. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. From the front desk to the restaurant, everyone was eager to assist and always greeted me with a smile.
