Liked price and convenience of location. Didn’t look clean in areas such as bathroom/ tub area. Blue masking tape labeled rooms numbers - weird. No hand bars in shower/tub and my 11 year old son slipped and fell completely out of the tub pulling entire shower curtain down. He landed flat on his back and now has complaint of tailbone pain. When reported to front desk, the front desk person was very non empathetic. Her co worker came to relieve her and was very nice saying she hoped my son was ok and sorry it happened. She assisted me in writing a report of the incident.

The rooms don't have numbers. They use painters tape to number the rooms. Our room had left over food in the fridge and eggs in the microwave. The bedding was in horrible condition and the sheets were dirty. Had to ask housekeeping to come in and clean the room! I will never stay here again!

Ok for overnight stay to sleep....nothing more.

Broke elevator, had to call for guest service at desk. Arrived 2 hrs. before check-in. They had a room available but wanted to charge for early check-in (2 hrs.) Ok place for 1 night stay. Small and old tv system. Ok hot breakfast.

The employees were cool & accommodating however, that’s not my reason for staying. The hotel must have been under construction or something because it was horrible. The elevator was broken so I had to tote my suitcase up stairs to get to the room. The walls were so thin I heard the kids down the hall from me watching cartoons on their tablet. And when the kids were doing who knows what, the adults were in the hallway fussing and fighting. This went on for about an hour in the middle of the night. So loud it woke me up. Management was no help because I couldn’t even reach them to complain. The breakfast was good but it was cold, but eh, microwave! Overall a horrible experience for me. But, the staff was cool 😒

The room had a terrible mold smell. the elevator was broken and I had to walk 3 flights of stairs with multiple bags and luggage. The back door was broken so the hotel wasn’t secured throughout the weekend. Breakfast was decent each morning but fairly early for weekend.

Elevator hasn't worked for at least 3 months

Elevator has been inoperable for at least the last three months according to other reviews. And, they DO NOT inform you until check in. The rooms itself was ok. Bed was comfortable. You could see that they had recently updated the room but there were a couple of minor things that still needed to be finished.

The elevator and ice machine didn't work. The sink was a slow drain. The gym was dangerous. Rusty broken equipment. The floor was wet from a leak and there was black mold. I don't want to stay there again.
