Beautiful villa situated in Algaida, an area of calm and tranquillity, car rental is necessary.



It has a private swimming pool and a large terrace where you can relax and unwind during your holiday. This villa has 3 double bedrooms for up to 6 guests. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and two of them are located on the upper floor, it has 3 complete bathrooms (one of them en suite) and a spacious dining room with open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and communicates with the outside dining area. Outside there is a private swimming pool to cool off during the hot summer days, sun loungers and outdoor furniture to enjoy meals cooked on the barbecue.



This beautiful property stands out for its quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and the traffic. It is very well connected by motorway with Palma as well as with the main touristic points of the island. The golf courses of Son Gual and Golf Park Mallorca are only 7 minutes away by car from the estate, and 25 minutes away from the capital city of Palma.
