Private: swimming pool angular, heated (5 x 10 m, depth 95 - 195 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Table tennis, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, fitness room, table tennis, billiard table, air conditioning, washing machine, drying room. Parking at the house. Supermarket 900 m, shopping centre 5 km, restaurant, bakery, café 900 m, bicycle rental 3.9 km, bus stop 150 m, railway station 8.8 km, sandy beach "Praia da Coelha" 2.8 km, diving center 3.7 km.
