Outside of the main summer holiday period (late July - late August) we charge a lower base price for rental of the Villa for two people, and then add a per person per night charge for each guest in addition to two.  This is so that we can offer the Villa for smaller parties and couples at a reasonable rate, and you know you are not paying for extra beds and rooms that you are not using.  In the peak Summer season the Villa is charged at one rate only regardless of the number of people in your travelling party. The extra guest fee payable applies also to children using beds, but not for a baby/toddler using a cot - they are always free of charge - so if booking outside of the main summer season (dates above) please book for the number of adults and the number of children using a bed, but do not include a baby/toddler who will require a cot - please just advise us of the need for a cot/high chair per child.

Villa Susana is set just off the N124 east of Messines. It commands fabulous views to the South and the coast. Located in a very private setting, 3 bedrooms, formal garden, private pool, sun terrace, barbecue. Fully equipped. 20 minutes to the coast, 15 minutes to golf, 20 minutes to shopping. * Pool heating available for 22€ per day

It has two en-suite bedrooms plus one family bathroom for the third bedroom. Enjoy open plan living in a light and airy living space with plenty of room, comfy seating, and a well equipped kitchen. Outside there is a covered seating area for eating and relaxing with a traditional Portuguese barbecue to hand, a sun terrace for private relaxation and a good sized pool, all with stunning views towards the Algarve's beautiful south coast.

Air conditioning is available in two of the three bedrooms - the third bedroom is at the rear of the property and naturally cooler in the summer months.

A fabulous holiday home for family or friends to get together and enjoy the delights of Portugal! A little gem!

2 semaines à la Villa Suzana de bonheur ! Une vue à couper le souffle ! La piscine est immense et sécurisée avec un portillon ce qui permets aux plus petits de ne pas pouvoir y aller tous seuls donc point trÚs positif. Villa conforme aux photos, trÚs propre et trÚs fonctionnelle. Un grand merci à Alex (hÎte) pour votre communication qui est trÚs rapide et trÚs réactive. Villa trÚs bien située car à proximité de toutes les plages de l'Algarve (30 minutes) A 5 min se trouve la Ville de Sao Bartolomeu de Messines, avec un intermarché pour les courses. Le restaurant Joao la bas est trÚs bon avec une cuisine typique. A faire : Restaurant Jardim rustico à Albufeira : excellent ! La ville de Silves est à 15 min, trÚs belle ville (Café Da Rosa sur la place est merveilleux) Nous avons hùte de retourner dans cette villa !

Ce sĂ©jour nous a beaucoup plu, les propriĂ©taires Ă©taient disponibles et Ă  l’écoute. Nous avons trouvĂ© la villa dans un trĂšs bon Ă©tat, propre. La cuisine est parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©e. Que dire de la vue et de l’ensemble de l’Algarve ?! Une rĂ©gion magnifique et des paysages somptueux. Des locaux accueillants, et de nombreuses spĂ©cialitĂ©s locales Ă  dĂ©couvrir. Nous recommandons fortement cette rĂ©gion ainsi que cette villa, adaptĂ©e aussi bien pour les familles que pour les groupes d’amis.

Globalement satisfaits de la propriété

Villa bien située pour une visite de l'Algarve, confortable, au calme, avec des équipements de qualité et une vue bien dégagée sur la campagne. Correspondant sur place trÚs réactif suite a un problÚme d'évacuation dans une salle de bains ( le problÚme a été solutionné dans la journée ). On regrette - que sur la période de notre séjour de 9 nuits, les draps et serviettes de bains n'aient pas été changés. - que le descriptif du bien ne fasse pas apparaßtre clairement qu'une des SDB est située en dehors de la troisiÚme chambre.

Perfect spot

Very comfortable villa in a perfect peaceful spot overlooking miles of orange groves. We loved the privacy & seclusion, the heated pool (a welcome option for an October stay), and the well-equipped kitchen. Excellent communication from/with the owners made it all hassle-free. Beautiful Villa - Calm, peace, relaxation

Fantastic stay, spotlessly clean and great communication from owner. The villa is set in a quiet place, with privacy and calm, with a view for miles across, far into the distance. Wi-fi great, all you need in a very nice 'home from home' quality kitchen. The three of us had a great time. Close drive to 2 x large supermarkets in one direction and beautiful castle town of Silves.

A super villa in an excellent position

Villa Susana is a beautifully presented and maintained property, tucked away so as to give complete privacy but only five minutes or so by car from the Continental Supermarket in Messines. The pool is a joy and I can really recommend the 'heated' option as the water temperature is perfect - simply didn't want or need, to come out!

Beautiful location

We really enjoyed our stay. The property location was great for us. There are markets very nearby and it's a 20-40 minute drive to so many different things in the Algarve region. The view is great of the surrounding orchard fields and they pool is deeper than you might expect. We are very happy with chosing this property for our vacation!

Lovely spacious and well maintained villa in a beautiful quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the main Algarve resorts. The support from the owners was excellent. Only minor point was that, despite the comprehensive directions, we had some initial difficulty locating it. That said, we are looking forward to booking it again in the near future.

Relaxing break

A great villa made special by the wonderful views for miles around that really helped us to unwind. The outdoor area was perfect for eating and enjoying a barbecue. The pool was great for a family to enjoy and the mixed depths really made for good swimming practice. It is also a nice distance from the property so that those not engaging can still watch what is happening but also relax without the screaming and the splashing! Finally, Alex was a great host and so helpful and responsive to any questions which took all the hassle away. We would definitely recommend.

Just returned from 2 week stay at Villa Susana. Excellent villa. Exactly as advertised, well equipped, everything you could need provided. Welcome pack, a really nice gesture. Had a wonderful 4 day break at Villa Susana! Exactly as advertised and the views did not disappoint! A lovely welcome hamper awaited us on arrival consisting of beer, cheese, ham, butter, bread, milk, eggs and orange juice. Bed linen and towels provided, including pool towels. Also don’t miss out on the roof terrace for even better views!! All in all, a 5 star stay! Thanks Alex and Richard and family!

Our perfect vacation

Two snowbirds from Canada found the perfect getaway at Villa Susana. Quiet, in a country setting surrounded by orchards and a distant view of the ocean. The villa is all one could ask for - large living area, well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. Alex and Richard are wonderful hosts who attended to any and all of our requests immediately. We had a car so access to all the Algarve was easy and accessible. Loved every moment.
