Villa Tenazinha I with Private Pool, 6 bedrooms, Garden and barbecue

A beautiful substantial Villa tastefully furnished set over 3 floors with 6bedrooms and 7 bathrooms with a pretty secluded garden, swimming pool and terrace. Parking available for 4 cars.
Located in Falesia area in Olhos de Agua / Albufeira.

The villa has electronic Gates and private parking and an automatic main gate. The pretty garden is very private and well fenced off. The large terrace and patio is set out with garden furniture for dining and sun loungers to relax and soak up the sun by the stunning swimming pool approx. 11mx5m. This can be heated (on request only). This luxury villa faces south and get the sun all day.

The nearest beach is the wonderful Praia da Falesia miles and miles of white sandy beach with a wonderful backdrop of reddish-orange cliffs and pine trees.
It runs almost all the way to Vilamoura Car rental is by no means necessary unless you want to go to the beach every day and explore further parts of the Algarve. For short trips a bus or taxi is very convenient and not expensive.

Excellent sĂ©jour et belles vacances dans cette trĂšs belle villa confortable, spacieuse, trĂšs propre. Tous, enfants, ados et adultes ont bcp profitĂ© de la piscine trĂšs bien chauffĂ©e en cette fin octobre. Dans la villa, contrairement Ă  la vaisselle en nombre trĂšs suffisant, gros manque d’ustensiles de cuisine (fouets, cuillĂšres bois, cocotte, plats Ă  four, plats Ă  tarte
) Pas de sĂšche linge contrairement Ă  ce qui Ă©tait indiquĂ© dans la liste des Ă©quipements. Table de billard mais pas de tennis de table !

Amazing villa at great location

Myself, my 3 adult children their husbands/ wife and my 6 grandchildren age range 2yrs to 13yrs all stayed together in this most beautiful villa. Everything had been thought of by the agents and it is situated in a lovely location close to all amenities. I highly recommend the Villa and the letting agents. Susana at Portugalgo was so brilliant

Great villa

5 star Accommodation was great, recently renovated so everything was spot on. Good location to get to places. Shop/bars very close. Great communications between booking and check in and answered any questions. Was allowed to check in early once the Villa had been cleaned Only one thing which can be improved is check in. Once it was ready I had to walk a mile to the office to pick up codes to the lock box. Not ideal when waiting outside with suitcases etc in the heat. I think they should meet you at Villa to give the details and show you around etc

Family Stay

A week Family stay with all different ages. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the villa was beautiful everything you could need was available. Easy walking distance to supermarket & restaurants and uber is very easy if want to go in to Albufeira.

Everything was excellent!

This property is wonderful! It has been recently refurbished to a very high standard. The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen/communal area are all beautiful. We all enjoyed the pool, which has plenty of space in the shallow and deep ends. PortugalGo, the agents, we’re responsive and sorted any minor issues quickly. The villa is in easy walking distance to several restaurants, La Lagousteria was excellent for seafood. The beach is about half an hour walk or a short drive. We were a family with children aged 8 & 10 and young adults in their early 20s and there was something for everyone here! A wonderful villa in a fab location!

Great holiday

Excellent well equipped property. Plenty of room and privacy. Beautiful spacious pool. Location is great, close to beach and restaurants. Property is well managed and maintained, managing agent excellent. Happy to recommend, all family had a great holiday.

We checked into the Villa and it smelt of sewage.

We had to buy scented candles to get rid of the smell. The oven we could t use as all the numbers had been wiped off and we had no idea what temperature to turn the oven to. Eventually after 2 days we contacted the property manager to asked to be moved. After the 4th day they found us another villa down the road which was amazing. Much nicer property, nicer villa, newer appliances and overall great.

Nice villa, with nice pool

We enjoyed our stay at the villa, which had some really nice aspects. The Lower ground floor bedrooms were a little stale in smell and the furniture was a bit past it. Fortunately we didn’t have anyone stay in the large lower floor room as this isn’t a great room/limited windows, a bit of a cupboard. Otherwise the upper ground was nice and pool area was great. Not far to the beach and a short walk to a couple of restaurants/ shops. The vacant land to west of the property isn’t too pretty. Overall a nice villa just with a few points that let it down.

Family Stay in Albufeira

We stayed here with 6 adults and 5 children to celebrate a 70th birthday - it was perfectly located, within walking distance from two supermarkets and plenty of restaurants and bars. We paid extra to heat the pool which was lovely and warm and the kids loved this and the games room. Would stay again :)

NÀrhet, ca 5 min, till affÀr och restauranger, ca 15-20 min promenad till stranden, ca 5 min till busshÄllplats för buss till Albufeira. Huset har nödvÀndiga köksprylar, men hade kunnat haft en snabbare kaffebryggare samt en utedusch. Lite oklart hur sophanteringen fungerade, men det fanns Ätervinningsstation till vÀnster och första gatan till höger frÄn huset. I övrigt ett mycket bra hus och lÀge. Lugnt omrÄde.
