The exteriors of this property are a real marvel. There you will find a large shared chlorine swimming pool that measures 18m x 12m and has a depth range from 1.1m to 1.75m. The little ones will be able to play freely in the communal garden or cool off in the paddling pool while you enjoy the warm weather and sunbathing. The balcony of the apartment will be the ideal place to have a drink and extend your evenings in the company of your loved ones. Please note that privacy is partial, as being in an urbanization, you have neighbours nearby.










Once inside, you can enjoy all the comforts this accommodation offers. You can relax on the comfortable sofa in the living room while watching TV or cook something in the kitchen, which is open to the dining room and equipped with a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. When it's time to sleep, you can use the bedroom available, which has a double bed, and up to two more people can stay in the property thanks to the sofa bed in the living room. A bathroom with a shower completes the stay. You will be able to use the fan, washing machine, iron, and ironing board that you will find in the accommodation. If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.
