Recently renovated, the apartment blends contemporary design with the original architectural character of the historic building. Located within a lively area of the Old Town, the apartment itself remains peaceful and quiet, offering the best of both worlds.
Just outside, a shared courtyard patio provides a pleasant outdoor space, ideal for dining, relaxing, or storing bicycles and strollers.
A few steps from the gated entrance, you will find Algheroâs cultural landmarks, local dining spots, and the iconic bastioni along the sea, where you can take in breathtaking sunsets.
The apartment measures approximately 50 square metres and is well suited for couples or families. It features:
