Are you looking for a unique vacation home near the sea? The holiday house "Xiprer" is located on the west coast of Sardinia, about three kilometers from the charming old town of Alghero, nestled in a large olive grove. The vacation home is part of a historic 17th-century Landhouse. It features its own independent entrance and garden, offering guests privacy, freedom, tranquility, and relaxation.
The house is the ideal base for excursions to the town, with its delightful restaurants, cafes, boutiques, as well as to the beautiful white or rocky beaches, and finally to the diverse and culturally rich inland areas of the island.
The characteristic features and original materials of the Landhouse were incorporated during the renovation and complemented by a simple and fresh interior.
The holiday house "Xiprer" is for travelers seeking something special.
In the winter months, additional heating costs of €1.50/ per hour will be charged locally depending on the tenant's personal needs.
