Barbara Anns La Finca Golf is a 2 Bedroom 2 bathroom Ground floor apartment with air conditioning and WiFi.
Please read through all on description, there is a 70 euro cleaning fee payable on arrival.
The apartment is on La Finca Golf and has use of the communal pool ,the apartment benefits from a west, south west facing Garden with a patio area. Patio has a sofa seating area with views to the golf course club house and local area, a few steps down to garden where there is a large table and chairs for outdoor dining and a Gas BBQ. 2 sun loungers for garden use and 2 beach chairs are provided
Fitted kitchen with oven, hob fridge/ freezer, washing machine and dish washer.
Comfortable seating area with smart TV, IPTV ,English channels, Sky channels, some European channels available
Free WiFi is available within the apartment.
Air con in all rooms,remote controlled ceiling fans in all rooms.
2 bedrooms with one on-suite bathroom, accommodates 4 persons, including infants and children
1 King size bed and a Double bedroom.
Community has off road parking and security gates.
Dominoes, playing cards and Uno cards kept in cupboard. Xbox available

Lovely apartment and lovely, kind owners

We stayed here at a very difficult time for our family and the helpfulness and kindness shown by Karen & Andre (the owners) made that difficult time a little less stressful. The apartment is lovely in a very quiet position with beautiful views and a suntrap garden. It has everything you will need. We would not hesitate to stay here again and you should not hesitate to book it!

A weeks stay in July

The property was as listed and we had a comfortable weeks stay. Prior to arriving we received a list of Do's and Don'ts, which did put us on edge. We were fully aware of the €70 cleaning fee but still found this to be excessive as we had to wash and put away all the dishes, strip the beds and put the rubbish out prior to checking out. We were grateful for the toiletries that had been left by past guests as this saved a trip out upon our arrival, although we did have to go out for milk and water. A welcome pack would have been appreciated. Upon our arrival Joe the cleaner informed us that the internet tv had been playing up and checked if it was now working. It wasn't and although someone came out the same day and was there almost an hour he could not fully fix it, meaning that we did not have full access to this service. The apartment is situated in a lovely quiet area overlooking La Finca golf course with lovely sunsets. The nearest bars and restaurants are a 15 minute walk away and we would thoroughly recommend the daily 3 course lunch at Olivos for €14 which includes a soft or alcoholic drink. The Corner Flag and Tapas y Mas with their friendly staff. For a Sunday carvery try The Yorkshire Pud Inn in Algorfa and further restaurants in Almoradi a 15 minute drive away. We would strongly recommend hiring a car as the nearest beach is a good 20 minutes away in Torreveija. For markets we went to Almoradi on a Saturday or El Zocco on a Sunday. Do not go to Algorfa as there are only half a dozen or so stalls. Addresses for the markets would be helpful as trying to locate them can be tricky. We were unfortunate to stay at a time of year where there was an abundance of flies, meaning that using the sunbeds in the garden and eating out meant that we were constantly swatting flies. With regards to the sunbeds, there were 3 of us and only 2 garden sunbeds, whereas there were 5 chairs for the garden table. You are asked not to excessively use the air con (or you may be charged) so we used the ceiling fans which were more than adequate and are in each room. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return to the area. Karen and Andre were attentive prior to and during the trip even if they were not on site.

Very nice apartment and lovely garden area

Thoroughly enjoyed our week at Barbara Ann’s. We stayed in February and had fantastic weather, but it was cold at night. This was a real plus point of the apartment as the panel heaters in the bathrooms were very efficient as were the two portable radiators. There Is also an electric fire, but it’s very noisy, so we didn’t bother with it. Well equipped, nicely laid out place. Would stay again.

Lovely apartment.

Only used as a base as family staying nearby. Beutifully decorated and very modern. Would have appreciated some kind of welcome pack with water and a couple of essentials. Thought 70 Euro cleaning fee in addition to cost of staying a bit excessive. Only suitable for adults. Not child friendly although this is stated.
