The villa is situated just 1.5 km from the center of Alhaurín. If you decide to visit the historic center of the city of Málaga today, you will reach it in just 20 minutes. The convenient access to the highway will also facilitate your recommended visits to some of the beautiful white villages and stunning cities in the Andalusia region.

The east-facing porch offers you the perfect spot for your first coffee of the day as the sun begins its journey. The owners of this wonderful villa are pleased to offer you an unforgettable vacation, with exquisite decoration that honors good taste, blending with the surrounding vegetation to make the home an idyllic place for your well-deserved rest on the Costa del Sol.

In their commitment to the environment, they have taken measures to reduce their impact, with solar panels for hot water, LED lights throughout the house, efficient appliances, and a garden with optimized water consumption.

The house is equipped with fiber optic internet, 100 MB speed.

The 160 square meters of the house are distributed into 4 bedrooms, all with air conditioning (cold/heat), 3 bathrooms all with showers, living-dining room, and kitchen.

The first two bedrooms are doubles, both with a double bed of 1.5 m x 2 m and en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has two single beds of 0.9 m x 2 m, and the fourth bedroom has a double bed of 1.35 m x 1.9 m. These last two rooms have an independent bathroom.

The spacious and cozy living-dining room will offer you warm evenings. Among the delights the villa offers is the kitchen with a view, surely inspiring you to prepare delicious dishes using its fully-equipped facilities.

Outside, the whole family can cool off in the large swimming pool after sunbathing. Around the villa, lush fruit trees grow, such as orange trees, mandarins, loquats, cherimoyas, and avocados. These fruits are available in different seasons, and the owners make them available for your personal consumption during your stay.

In the summer afternoons, you will want to dine at the outdoor table next to the kitchen, savoring Iberian products accompanied by a good glass of wine. And there, don't forget to look up to enjoy the end of the sun's daily journey.

The house does not have a barbecue due to its location in a highly protected natural area, but it is equipped with an electric grill to make your barbecues.

Access is mostly paved, with only 100 meters of the path unpaved. The country house has parking space for three vehicles.
