This apartment is located on the 3rd floor in a quiet building (with an elevator) this is a fantastic beach front apartment that offers incredible views of Postiguet Beach on the Mediterranean Sea. 1 bedroom apartment sleeps 3, there are two single beds as well as a sizable wardrobe in the bedroom, and a double size Italian type sofa bed (with a comfy memory foam mattress) in the living room. The unit is continuously cool as a result of a constant gentle sea breeze . It has a great sunroom/glassed in veranda furnished with a small teak table and chairs which will allow you to watch the sun rise while having your morning coffee, in the same area there are also 2 recliners chairs which will enable you to overlook both the beach and sea. The kitchen comes equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, a dripp coffee maker, toaster, juicer, crockery and cutlery. In the dining area there is a table with 3 chairs. In the living area is 32” flat screen TV. There is a washing machine in an adjoining area to the kitchen. The bathroom has all the necessary amenities such as a bath/shower, hair dryer, and a small window to the interior patio.

The location is perfect in every way. Not only is it within a stone’s throw from the beach which can be accessed by a pedestrian bridge but it is also within walking distance to many shops, pharmacies, museums, public transportation, restaurants and terraces as well as the rather quaint ‘old town’ area. Also nearby is the elevator to the impressive and historic Castillo de Santa Barbara.

Amazing location and views

Check in with Teresa worked perfectly and she then showed us around the apartment. The living room was bright and airy with amazing views. There was no air-conditioning however the sea breeze cooled the living room. The bedroom would benefit from air-conditioning.

Wonderful apartment ~ Perfect location

We are just back from a 4 day stay in Alicante. The apartment was just perfect and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Teresa the owner who was really lovely and friendly met us there on arrival and gave us lots of information. She also sorted out our taxi back to the airport. Nothing was too much trouble. Also the communication before hand was excellent Would highly recommend this apartment as it also has the advantage of a perfect location. Thanks for making our stay wonderful xx

Cockroaches :(

Apartment looked exactly like on the photos with the absolutely stunning sea view. I stayed there with my friend and we both thought that the apartment was big enough for 2 people and cleverly design so you can utilise the space to the full. We have stayed in June and although there is no air-condition in the apartment we thought the flat was well-ventilated when you open the windows. During the day there was a bit of noise from the road below but at night the noise was disappearing. Anyways the bedroom at the back is quiet and the beds are very comfy. Location of the apartment is excellent (10 out of 10). Teresa was very attentive and explained to us everything. She has also booked the taxi for us on the departure as we were leaving very early. However, it was hugely disappointing and distressing to find out that there ware cockroaches in the house. Luckily, if you can say so, we have find out about this at the end of our stay otherwise our whole holidays would turn in to nightmare. One evening when I walked in to the kitchen they were crawling on the worktops and were huge about 3cm long (1.5inch) and moving fast. I am sure, that all the neighbours that night have heard my scream. It makes me feel sick when I think that we were preparing / leaving food there and they were crawling all over it. That’s disgusting as they spread a lot of diseases. I have now PTSD. I just wish I read/translate the review that Italian couple left earlier as they were complaining about this pest too. If I knew there are cockroaches I would never decide to stay there! I think, this is unacceptable in this day and age and by the looks of it nothing has been done to get rid of them since. It’s a great shame our holidays had to end like this.

The location of this apartment in Alicante was fantastic. The sea views from the apartment window were stunning. The information about what to see and where to go from Theresa Morales (the Manager) was extremely helpful and made our 1 week holiday fly by. Fantastic Location Friendly welcome

The property was exactly as advertised, centrally located, perfect for the beach, shops and museums. We arrived late in the evening and Teresa was waiting for us to show us around and give us useful information. She had thoughtfully provided some breakfast basics and a bottle of wine which was a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend to others.

Was met at the apartment by Theresa who was extremely welcoming and helpful the apartment was well equipped & exactly as advertised with stunning views. very nice, well maintained apartment with a superb view of the beach and sea. easy access to the beach via lift and bridge and also only a few minutes walk from the town facilities with its excellent restaurants and bars. The apartment manager, Teresa, was more than very good with nothing too much trouble and always on call should we find any problems. the apartment has everything you need for a stay being well equipped, comfortable beds, and of course, the wonderful view. will definitely return and would stay there again.

sunrise paradise

A Lovely long January stay with a lounge window that has a very clear view of the sea & sunrises from an elevated position. The apartment warms up quickly even on sunny but coolish January days outside, to enable me to catch some rays with the windows wide open! Lovely. Thanks to Teresa for her local knowledge & help with her being on hand if needed. Great location, being walking distance to old town, shops, squares, market hall, hypermarket & sea front! Think it will need to be a longer winter break next time!!! Hasta la vista.

Einmalige Lage in Alicante

Insgesamt ist es eine sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr zentral zur Altstadt ( 5 min zu Fuß) und zum Stadtstrand ( 2 min). Die Managerin Teresa ist sehr freundlich und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben, z. B. der riesige Supermarkt Alcampo. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden ( Strandstühle, Hackenporsche, Waschmaschine), lediglich ein Backofen wäre wünschenswert. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen, hatten super Wetter, es war nicht überlaufen von Touristenmassen. Unbedingt anschauen/essen: große Markthalle/ Churros mit Schokoladendip.
