We didn’t have a pet but were given a pet room due to the scarce room availability. The room smelled like animal pee and mattress was worn. I asked for extra set of towels and a blanket for the thurd person, and they provided towels but said blanket was in the room in a drawer. We found inly sheets, no blanket. For the second night we requested the change of room which was granted and all was good. I request a refund for the first night. We had a terrible night and none of us could sleep well. How should I proceed?

I felt that the location of the hotel was perfect. It was close to everything. Etc, supermarket, pharmacy, sporting goods store (being I was there for a baseball tournament), dining options.
