Your booking system SUCKS! I got to the property and they told me YOU never sent them the code they need to validate my reservation. You have NO option to talk to a live person. I had to book directly through the hotel when I got there, at least they had my room

This hotel was over priced for what you get. Breakfast was not included and $16 per person if you wanted to have it. The hot tub was out of service which was one of the main reasons we booked here. The room was missing a remote for the TV and the coffee cream that was in the room was clumpy. Wouldn't return

We booked this hotel because of the hot tub after skilling sore muscles etc. It was not indicated that the hot tub was not in service or hasn't been. We would have chosen somewhere else based on just that. Also, breakfast was paid for at reservation on my card but were charged $50 for breakfast after planning for it to have been included.

Not very happy

The staff was very helpful and respectful, room was clean and comfortable. We were upset that after we checked in got informed the bar would not be opened they had no bar tender and the restaurant was also closed no reason. Later find out the hotels hot tub was also not working. We came for a girls night where we could relax in the hot tub then get a few drinks with dinner. Had to go out which we were trying to avoid hence the reason we picked this hotel.

Check in was easy, staff was awesome. Carpet in hallways were disgusting. Our room was never serviced. We spent Fri p. & Sat. pm. We left on Saturday at 1230pm with the room sign off the door. We arrived back ay 11pm... nothing, our garbage was over following.

The rooms look nothing like the other Hilton hotels I stayed in. It was a room from the 60"s. The restaurant and bar were closed. That was the reason I was going.
