Property and surrounding area dirty. On check-in was told coffee was available 24/7. My brother and I were there for a surgery appointment early then next morning and I told the desk clerk that. When I went at 4:00 am to get coffee. Don, who was at the desk only said 6:30. I explained the the day clerk said 24/7. He did not care and ended up offering me yesterday's cold coffee and the microwave. he was uncaring and well, pathetic.

I booked this hotel in order to get away from my place of location in NYC, and have a little peace & relaxation at a indoor pool/spa. But when I arrived, it was closed with no further notifications. I was very disappointed with the rooms having a small ancient 26in tv. I had to travel 25mins to my other family hotel at the days inn, in order to use the pool area there surrounded by bunch of kids. I asked the hotel property manager for a comp and they replied that I would have to reqch out to the parties I booked with, which is expedia with no customer service number available!. I know this will go unseen, and i would just have taken a loss. I will not be using this site in the future.

This is a local place that I decided to take the kids too for an overnight stay to swim in the pool and enjoy the hot tubs.

This property was NOT GOOD. The tile on the bathroom floor was completely broken, the hot tub was dirty and had mostly broken jets, and worst of all I saw a roach in the bathroom, killed it and couldn't sleep for the rest of the night.
