We did not stay at this property after going to our room and finding dirty underwear under the bed along with dust and cobwebs. The outside parking lot was completely vacant at 3 pm and it just had the feeling you may not want to arrive to late at night. We did our best to feel ok here but we just were not comfortable staying. Further review of ratings that marked this property with high ratings show it was the same person multiple times. We book through Travelocity for most trips but we will look more closely next time to find the true reviews which would have told us this wasn’t the place for us. We’ve requested a refund but have not had further response or success with this. Do not recommend this location.

There were ants coming out of the air conditioner. Multiple, large cracks in the room. Bath tub was very slippery - almost fell several times. The room was not clean.

Pictures shown are not at all what the place is like. It’s old and gross smells horrible. Pool area people were slipping bc the floor was horrible. Hot tub barely had any water in it. The other guests staying here were a lot extremely horrible and made the stay even worse. Loud rube and obnoxious. I had to call the front desk so many time at 11pm. Breakfast was horrible. Honestly I would call this a trucker hotel. A place to literally sleep and that’s it. Bathroom was gross toilet was old and had horrible mildew stains on it. Shower had all mold along the bottom not like the pictures for the bathroom at all. Tub and not plug so I could give my baby a bath. Hot water ran out after 10 mins. Ac was making noise anytime it kicked on. Doors are thin and have so many gaps out can hear everything in the hallway. Honestly worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at while using hotels.com and I’ve been using them for 10 years. If you are coming with a family don’t stay here.

Hotel was fine for what we needed. Clean, comfortable, good bed. Nothing fancy but very OK. We didn’t check out the pool/spa so can’t comment. Included breakfast was minimal but fine for our needs. Quick to get in and get out so we were satisfied.

The walls , headboards, and sheets were dirty ,smelly and moldy. Then on top of that when it rained it came straight through the top of the window, fried the ac, went across the ceiling dripping down to the floor making the floor a puddle of constant water flowing. Other rooms had the same problem and the rain leaked through the hallway ceiling tiles. Never again and gave no credit as we had to change room at 11pm at night scattering to pack around the puddles in our room

This hotel was very dirty. Food was not put out properly. They were things in room from the last person who stayed. I will not book this hotel again.

If I could rate it a zero star I would. This is the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been in. It’s the exact reason why I usually only stay in Marriott or Hilton chain hotels. As soon as you stray you get this crap. Try cleaning your bathrooms. I almost vomited. Just walking into this room, but I was only using it to sleep for four hours. The TV didn’t work, the carpeting outside the rooms look like it hasn’t been clean in 50 years. What a dump. You should be ashamed of yourselves for even charging $100. You should pay people to stay in this crap hole.
