Hotel and room were perfect. Very clean, staff was professional and friendly . Dining options good. One suggestion the hotel should let guess know how to activate the a/c in your room at check in. For future guests, you need to insert your room key into a card slot located on the wall when you first enter your room. You need to leave in the card to have access to the thermostat

Great Experience

The hotel was awesome! The room was large and very quiet considering it's a casino. The towels in the room are real fluffy towels. There is a nice heavy door on the shower, so no water gets splashed all over the bathroom floor. My only complaint (and it's super minor) is that the shampoo and conditioner do not smell very good. Hotel staff was very friendly, and housekeeping was great. Way better experience than my recent stay at a hotel in Las Vegas. Will definitely stay at Wind Creek again!
