We arrived at approximately 4:15 PM. We were told our room was not ready yet and we would have to wait. We were told that we would receive a text message when our room was ready. After waiting for an hour and a half, at 5:45 PM I finally approached the front desk and asked if our room was still not ready. I was told that our room had been ready and that the system just did not text us. We were not offered any compensation for this nonsense. Ridiculous.

Check in was terrible, 45 minutes in line to find out the room wasn’t ready (5 pm). Waited another hour , had to go back to desk and complain to manager. He was very cool and got me a room straight away. It’s not like I was trying to check in at noon
