Villa Arkè - Salento Reservation is an exclusive retreat nestled in the peaceful area of Capilungo, in Alliste, just a few kilometers from the most beautiful beaches of Salento. Surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden and a scenic swimming pool, this villa is the ideal choice for those seeking privacy, comfort, and relaxation in an elegant and welcoming atmosphere. The villa is designed for families or for people aged 35 and over.
The property is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, you’ll find a modern, fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine, as well as a spacious living room with comfortable sofas, a dining area, and a flat-screen TV. Also on this level are two large double bedrooms and a stylish bathroom. Going down to the lower level, accessible directly from the living room, you’ll find a relaxation area with two additional bedrooms—one double and one with a double sofa bed—along with a second bathroom.
The outdoor spaces are a real highlight: the pool is large and surrounded by sun loungers, shaded areas, and beautifully maintained greenery. There is a private tennis court for sports lovers, a barbecue perfect for dining under the stars, and an elegant veranda equipped for outdoor meals. An outdoor shower, private parking, and all those little details that turn a holiday into a memorable experience are also included.
Villa Arkè offers every comfort, including free high-speed Wi-Fi, bed and bath linen, beach towels, baby accessories, a welcome package with wine, olive oil, and fresh fruit, as well as complimentary bicycles for exploring the surroundings. The reception staff is available 24/7 and speaks Italian, English, and Russian. Upon request, an airport shuttle service to and from Brindisi Airport is also available. Possibility to use the sauna at the price of €50.00, to be paid on site. Possibility of tennis court lighting at the price of €25.00.

For check-in and check-out outside of the indicated hours, upon request and subject to acceptance, an additional cost is required:


for check-ins after 8:30 PM and up to 10:00 PM, an extra cost of €30.00;


for check-ins from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM, an extra cost of €50.00;


for check-ins from midnight to 7:00 AM, an extra cost of €100.00.


For early check-outs, upon request and subject to acceptance, from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM, an extra cost of €30.00 is required.
