We arrived to this motel just after 3 pm and there was nobody at the front desk. A white man showed up and check us in with disdain. We asked for a copy of the paper receipt and he in a rude tone of voice told us that the receipt from the credit card machine had all what we needed it. He gave us a room without ocean view on the 3rd floor (not elevator available). We read from previous reviews that the owner dislikes Expedia customers so he shouldn’t not listed his motel in it. There is a parking in front of the motel as you see in the photo (it can be limited). There is not laundry facilities as it was listed in Expedia. Our room was cleaned with fresh linens and it has a small TV and a small refrigerator. The view from our window was Alma main road, not chance to see the ocean. We reviewed Tides restaurant which is located in the facility and it is expensive so tried other restaurant. After we checked in, there was an old man trying to get in our room with the same key that it was given to us. We were glad we could explain to him our room was already assigned to us. There were so many negatives in customer service that tarnished positives the motel has.

A great place to stay. Very clean and very friendly owners. We spent the extra money and had a Bay of Fundy view. We watched the lobster boats come and go and also the tide come and go. Breakfast was good. Would definitely stay there again.

Central location for Fundy Nat’l Park. We enjoyed watching the boats go up and down with the tides. Room was comfortable. We ate at the restaurant, The Tides, on the first floor which was very good.

This is a great place to stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable with great views of the Bay. The food was beyond good and fresh and the staff friendly and welcoming. We will be staying here again
