We present to you a 1-room apartment located in a residential building at the intersection of Klochkova str and Abaya Ave.
This apartment is ideal for business travelers, tourists, or anyone visiting our beautiful city for various purposes. Situated in close proximity to Abai Avenue, it is surrounded by offices of diverse companies, business centers, and educational institutions. Nearby, you'll find popular chain stores, the Qaganat dining room, numerous restaurants and cafes, the Globus shopping center, and the Zhas Sakhna Theater. Additionally, the Regional Diagnostic Center, Infertility Treatment Clinic, Konovalov Ophthalmological Center, and the Center for Molecular Medicine are all within a 5-10-minute walk. Conveniently, there is a public transport stop nearby, providing easy access to any part of the city. The Alatau metro station is also within walking distance.
The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay for 1-3 people (or 2 adults + 2 childs). It features a spacious 160 cm-wide double bed and a pull-out sofa. Bed linen and towels are provided. The kitchen is well-equipped with a microwave oven, gas stove, refrigerator, and dishes. High-speed Internet (wi-fi) and cable TV are available. The apartment also includes air conditioning, a washing machine, iron, ironing board, and a hairdryer. The sanitary and shower unit is stocked with shampoo, shower gel, soap, and toothbrushes. There is a small outdoor balcony were you can enjoy a cup of coffee and relax in good weather.
