Distribution: The house is totally fenced and isolated. Its access from the N-340 is through a perfectly paved road. Upon reaching the Residencial Curumbico area we find the garage with automatic opening door and covered with heather. From the parking we started to enjoy the wonderful views that this house/villa offers us.
Level (-1): through a staircase from the garage access to the main door plus garden areas and laundry area. On this level there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms plus access to the level (-2). On the right we have a splendid bedroom with double bed with large wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with sink, toilet and large shower with glass screen. From this bedroom we have access to a covered terrace with covered heather porch with spectacular views of the sea and Velilla beach (Almuñecar). From another bedroom with double bed and full bathroom in semi-suite with sink, toilet and large shower with glass screen, it is possible to access to the previous terrace with the same views. On the left we have a room with double bed with access to the previous terrace and with equal views to the previous ones. This bedroom shares the previous bathroom.
Level (-2): on this floor is the living /dining room /TV, separate kitchen and a bathroom. The living / dining room / TV is spacious and with access to the pool area, terraces and garden areas with lawn. The kitchen is independent. The toilet has a sink and toilet. The views of the sea and the beach are magnificent from anywhere on this level.
Level (-3): we have a garden area with lawn and two bedrooms with full bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds and en-suite bathroom with sink, toilet and good shower with glass screen.
Villa Paloma Equipment: it has a fully equipped kitchen with top quality appliances (fridge / freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave ...) and with all the necessary requirements to enjoy a wonderful vacation. We had friends and family on this holiday and everyone was thrilled with the accommodation. Everyone had their own space and bathrooms and joined together to eat outside and enjoy the pool. A few electrical issues due to the storm that were sorted out in good time. We cant wait to go back!
Great villa! Wonderful views! On a quiet hill!
Exept for the neighboring property that was being renowaited, we had to listen to the workers drilling 5 m from our porch almost every weekday from early morning until about after lunch.
The dishwasher was also not working well for the first few days, we had to rince/wash everything by hand after running the dishwasher until it completely broke down, so we were basically doing all dishes bu hand for the first 8 days. It was fixed when we had 3 days left of our stay.
Other then theese two things, its a beatiful house and we most of all enjoyed the view!
High quality villa with stunning views of the coast.
Great villa, well equipped, modern and spacious. Superb for families, and groups of up to 10. Carlos is also a very helpful contact. Only negative is noisy building works in the valley below as construction work is ongoing, but hopefully this is temporary!
Vi tilbrakte 8 dager i dette herlige huset som absolutt stod til forventningene! Vi leide bil og strevde litt med Ä finne fram til tross for GPS. Her kunne annonsen til HomeAway vÊrt mer konkret i veibeskrivelsen. Ellers var huset rent og godt utstyrt med det vi behÞvde for oppholdet. Carlos, vÄr kontaktperson, var utrolig hyggelig og serviceinnstilt!
Anbefaler Ä leie bil, da huset ligger et stykke unna butikk, og omrÄdet rundt innbyr til fine turer!
Great property really well supported at all times by Carlos both through the booking phase and on arrival. Almunecar was new to us and a great area to holiday in with a huge range of restaurants near by. The highlight was the view of the sea from the terrace that always threw up something new. We had a great holiday.

Das Haus ist toll. sehr sauber und es hat alles was man braucht. Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich. Man hat gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Blick ist toll besonders abends. Der Pool ist klasse und man hat seht viele Aussenmöbel und Sonnenschirm. WĂŒrde jederzeit wieder hin fahren. Besonders die Betreuung von Carlos war perfekt. Er spricht fliessend Englisch und hat sich sehr gekĂŒmmert.
