The breakfast was awesome. The spa, included in the room rate, was fabulous. The location was in the heart of the town, within walking distance of everything.

Posted Jun. 11, 2022 on HotelsThis is nice quaint hotel in a small town located in the hillsides of valencia , its about an hour from.Valencia and an hour from Bologna , very clean, well equipped hotel, comfortable rooms, good service, good breakfast, didnt get to try the spa but I hear its very nice.

Overpriced for Average Hotel
Posted Nov. 6, 2021 on HotelsJust OK stay at Hotel Helvetia Thermal Spa. For the high price the condition of the hotel was disappointing and certainly not luxurious. The spa is enclosed and sadly nothing special. The hotel itself could use better style. On the positive side the hotel is clean and the staff was excellent and super friendly.

Relaxing stay
Posted Nov. 23, 2018 on HotelsClose the the station in the centre of town, close to many local restaurants. Also many hikes into the surrounding hills from the town. Great to come back to the awesome spa facilities. Clean rooms but fairly basic, good coffee machine in the room. Service good.

Very good Spa hotel
Posted Jun. 13, 2018 on HotelsVery good hotel with a beautiful spa and also a great restaurant ( ertainly the best in Pistoa, I believe). We were cycling, but our bicycles got a good place. We can recommend this hotel. It also has a good location and the room was quite.

Luxury in a Jazz-Loving Town
Posted Jun. 12, 2018 on HotelsThe hotel Helvetia Thermal Spa was just the relaxing break we needed after a long drive. With spa services, modern clean rooms and amenities we eased right into comfort. The included breakfast was extensive and delicious. The town is a family oriented area surrounded by beautiful mountains. Each summer Porretta Terme hosts a very special blues, jazz and soul festival.
