Place was absolutely terrible. Set the thermostat at 68 at 9 pm at midnight it was 77 degrees in the room. There were hairs in the 1980s bathtub and honestly i wouldn’t recommend this place to an enemy

Had a weeks long power outage, so we needed to stay in a hotel. It was pleasant, convenient and the staff was great!!! The loaded bacon & cheese fries in the Grouse are absolutely the best!!!! The bartender, Brea was fantastic!!!

Everything was excellent except the breakfast. The coffee was good but there was no waffle batter when I went up - my kids were able to make some before I came down. I tried to make oatmeal but the water was cold. I would stay here again though- the rate was reasonable , the room was clean, and the staff was super friendly.

Our stay was good except for the fact we stayed next to the pool that was being remodeled and working started working at 7 and woke us up after getting in late from traveling.

What a gem! We liked the fact you didn’t feel like you were stomping down the hallway. In the room, you couldn’t hear your neighbors. The room was spacious and clean. Food and drinks were delicious. Staff was very nice.

an employee rented the suite upstairs of us and he woke us up at 245 am fighting, slamming doors, stomping. I spoke with Matt the manager. He said he would comp our room for Friday it hasn't been done. We had the worse first night there.

The room was clean but basic. The tv was very small. Biggest disappointment was that the pool was closed for remodel (we had grandchildren with us) and I felt they should have reduced the rate since we were not notified ahead of time. On a great note, the breakfast was wonderful!

Overall it was decent. Rooms are dated and bathroom could use an upgrade to feel cleaner. Hotel set up is like a maze. They were hosting an event party and our room was next to and shared a wall with their event room. Thankfully it ended at 10pm otherwise we were headed for requesting a new room farther from the party as the music and noise was so loud it was hard to enjoy our down time.

Bowling Tournament Stay

All-in-all, a very pleasant stay. My only worry was the shower chair not quite fitting in the tub. However, I got it to work. Enjoyed the restaurant for lunch on Saturday. There was a separate event going on that we were able to peruse.

Need to Clean!!

When I opened the shower curtain I found a big glob of hair by the drain and more hair by the back of the shower with an opened bottle of shampoo. The shower was definitely not cleaned. I told the girl when I was checking out and she just shook her head but I never even heard an "I'm sorry"
