Inside the RV, you'll find all the modern conveniences you need, from spacious interiors to comfy sleeping quarters. Whether you're planning a family trip, a romantic escape, or just some solo exploration, this spot has you covered.

But what really makes this place stand out is its access to an additional 138 acres of the stunning LBJ National Grasslands. Roam freely through the Grasslands, soaking in the beauty of nature; hiking, camping, fishing, hunting, mountain biking, wildlife viewing, and photography take on a whole new meaning against this backdrop. Bring your own horses for horseback riding or look for the white-tailed deer, rabbits, coyotes, bobcats, red fox, waterfowl, bobwhite quail, turkey, and songbirds that thrive in these habitats. Many lakes dot the Grasslands and are home to largemouth bass, blue and channel catfish, and various sunfish species.

And when night falls, gather around a crackling campfire under a blanket while sipping on a glass of wine or munching on s'mores. This place will create memories to last a lifetime.

Modern RV in a relaxing setting

We had a wonderful romantic stay! The host was super friendly and helpful and quick to respond to questions. The RV was modern and clean and felt super comfortable. Bed was A. Took a walk around the property, its really peaceful. Might be coming back to check out the new cabins next time, they look super lux!

We loved our quick little getaway! Great communication with clear directions and recommendations for restaurants and activities. Clean little place away from home to find some peace and quiet for a city escape. Our favorite was driving in after dinner to find 3 deer and beautiful stars.

Heaven on Earth!

What a great experience being able to see the stars at night, here the birds chirping in the mornings and watch the sunset and rise over a picturesque pond all to ourselves!!! Michelle’s was beyond helpful and eager to please. I will definitely be coming back!!!!

Amazing get away!

My family and I had an amazing time staying here for our little mini vacation. So much so that we ended up booking an extra night! The property manager was absolutely wonderful and was willing to accommodate for any and all of our needs! Very clean and comfortable stay! Even supplied games for the family to play! Spotted several turkeys while watching a beautiful sunset over the pond. We will be booking again in the very near future! 10/10!

We stayed @ this property for an event that was being held in town. We always ask the kids what was their favorite part of the trip? They enjoyed exploring the property more than the event we were in town for. The camper is new, clean and very comfortable with all the amenities u could ask for. The host will literally go out of their way to accommodate you with whatever you need. Every time we come to this town this is where we will be staying.
