the elevator was out of order, and there was only 1elevator, this was not a problem for us but for older guest with much luggage this could be a problem. Staff was friendly, breakfast good.

This was genuinely the worst hotel stay my husband and I have ever had. The room we were initially given REEKED of cigarette smoke, so we called the front desk and requested a room change. When we went to the front desk, the night shift lady at the front desk was rude and treated us like an inconvenience. The second room we were given was on the third floor and the elevator was out of order so we had to go up and down three flights of stairs every time we went to and from our room. Not to mention, you could tell that someone had smoked weed in the stairwell because there was a very distinctive smell in there. In addition to this, the room cards would randomly stop working. We had to go to the front desk multiple times for them to reactivate the key cards and none of the key cards ever worked on the outside doors. The snack vending machine on the first floor had major issues as well. I bought a seriously overpriced bag of hot Cheetos that got stuck on the very bottom of the vending machine where you grab what it drops. I went to the front desk to ask the night shift lady to help me get it and all she said was “How much was it?” She didn’t even try to help me. I told her that i wasn’t sure but that I thought it was $2.50 but it charged me at least fifteen cents more because of the credit card surcharge. She said nothing, just rolled her eyes and only gave me $2.50. Not even a full refund of the item. I can honestly say that we will never be staying at that hotel again.

Breakfast was cold

The hotel was relatively new & the room was nice. The breakfast was very disappointing. The eggs & sausage were cold & the potatoes were a big disappointment as well. When I got some hot water for oatmeal it came out of the container yellow, as if weak coffee had been left in the hit water carafe. I doubt we will ever stay at this hotel again.
