This beautiful house is part of the Hameau de Prépinson, made up of 3 holiday homes that can host up to 14 guests. It belongs to Domaine de La Trigalière, a vast private estate with over 1,000 hectares of unspoiled nature.
Prépinson charms with its stone and wood façade. Inside, you’ll love the large windows that flood the main room with light and highlight the exposed beams. This loft is perfect for 8 guests.
The property features an impressive cathedral-style living room, a mezzanine TV lounge, and 4 bedrooms. Outside, enjoy a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, plus a lovely view of the secure pond next to the house.
The house and garden are entirely yours to use.
You can also explore the estate’s trails and facilities, including the heated pool (open May to September, just a short walk away, shared with other houses on the estate) and the splendid lakeside Guinguette.
Many sports and water activities are available on site (on request, subject to availability, for an extra charge): cycling, 3D archery, paddleboarding, canoeing, rowing boat, fishing introduction, wine tasting, wellness treatments, and more!
