Amenities include: mountains & loaded kitchen, grill, Covered patio, 2 Bathrooms w/ tub and shower; Towels and soap. A King bed, two twins, a full bed, a PURPLE queen, a floor chair that pulls out into a floor mat. Includes a fully loaded kitchen. W, eggs, milk, & pancake mix for your breakfast. Also has a Roku TV, Washer/ Dryer w Soap, and Net Swing,
Full disclosure: there’s a family of 8 upstairs ages 11 to adult. You’ll never hear us complaining if there’s a little noise laughter coming from down stairs. The VERBO is 100% separate from the top. It has its own entrance and driveway on the side of the house. We can’t even access the downstairs if you lock it from your side. Its the perfect family or group Vacation rental.

This basement apartment is amazing. The view from the front door looked out on the beautiful mountains. The apartment had everything I needed to stay comfortably. It is centrally located to Orem, Lehi, Provo and many surrounding areas. The hosts are awesome. They were very accommodating to anything I needed. It was a great place to stay.
