You will have full private access to the apartment, including two bedrooms with queen beds, a bathroom, a kitchen, a dining area, and a laundry room. You have a private entrance and will receive access instructions for the street and front doors four hours before your check in at sixteen hundred.

For public transit, the CyRide bus system has stops within walking distance of Main Street, offering reliable access to the Iowa State University campus and nearby areas. Those arriving by air will find the Des Moines International Airport about forty-five minutes away by car.

No pets allowed.



You may notice a slight variation in the ceiling finish on one side of the bedroom. This area was recently repaired and has been fully fixed, so there’s absolutely nothing to worry about. The repair was completed to ensure everything is safe and secure for your stay. A cosmetic update is already planned for the spring to give it a refreshed look, but rest assured, it does not affect comfort or functionality in any way.
