便利で清潔なホテル

スタッフはフレンドリーで親切。 予約していた部屋より広い部屋を提供してくれた。 ダイニングキッチン、ベッドルームともに広く、クローゼットも十分な大きさ。 バスアメニティも充実していた。 調理道具はリクエスト後に持ってきてくれた。 朝食時間前にチェックアウトすることを伝えると、夜のうちにクロワッサンとオレンジジュースを部屋まで持ってきてくれた。 ホテル前はショッピングモール。夜11時まで営業。便利。 最寄りのバス停までは徒歩20分。

Bequemes, sauberes und freundliches Hotel

Das Hotel befindet sich in Sweifiyeh, einem beliebten Einkaufsviertel, wo man auch gut essen kann. Aufgrund der vielen Geschäfte findet man hier leicht Taxis. Das Hotel ist funktionell und sauber, das Personal ist sehr höflich und bemüht, bei allen Fragen mit Rat u. Tat zur Seite zu stehen. Ich habe mich im Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt. Leider funktionierte gerade in den vier Tagen, in denen ich dort war, das gratis WLAN aufgrund einer technischen Störung beim Provider nicht durchgehend, obwohl nach Aussagen des Hotelpersonals an der Störung gearbeitet wurde. Um meine Emails abzurufen, kaufte ich eine lokale prepaid Sim-Karte inkl. Datenvolumen, so war das Problem recht preisgünstig gelöst. Das Frühstück wird in diesem Hotel auf den Zimmern eingenommen und stellt so - zumindest für mich - einen zusätzlichen Service dar, der mir sehr willkommen war. Wer gerne bei offenen Fenstern schläft, dem empfehle ich ein Zimmer zum Innenhof, da das Hotel vorne an einer viel befahrenen Straße liegt. Wenn ich demnächst wieder nach Amman kommen, möchte ich wieder in diesem Hotel absteigen, außer der WLAN-Geschichte hat alles wunderbar gepasst u. bis dahin wird das hoffentlich auch behoben sein.

We had the old "switcher-roo" pulled on this one

Our family of 4 who had booked to stay at the Khuttar Apartments, but when we arrived the concierge informed us that there was a "patient" in the room and we couldn't get into the room. Apparently the person who was in the room the night before was sick and couldn't leave (yes, very odd). We were told we could wait a few hours until they were better and the room was ready or stay at their "sister" hotel - same star rating and they would give us a better price. The hotel they sent us to was called the Panorama. The room was scary. Stains all over the carpet, dirty hand prints on the walls and lights that didn't work with torn lampshades. There was a kitchenette with no running water, a fridge that didn't work and no dishes. On the up side, the sheets were clean and the room was so depressing that it forced us to get out and see Ammam.

房間舒適，環境安全，附近有商場飲食方便

1.原訂兩張單人床，但飯店安排一張大床。 2.櫃檯服務人員態度良好，很樂意幫忙叫車。 3.房間小，但乾淨舒適。 4.冰箱有免費的汽水可喝。 5.飯店斜對面有商場，裡面有美食街可用餐，也有家樂福可以買零食，用品，很便利。 6.附近也有兌換所可換錢，便利。

great hotel - great staff

i booked this hotel for 15 days stay for my parents. the location is super, close to everything, they go for a walk every evening Staff are very nice to them and very helpful specialty for a couple over their 60s they need help in technology and internet , the staff were always very nice great hotel for a long stay, we booked the one bedroom suite , you can also receive gusts during the day if ever travel to Jordan again, will definitely stay there

Great Hotel for a Work Trip

I booked this hotel based on its reviews and familiarity with the area it was located and I was not disappointed. As I was on a work trip I needed stay in a place close to my meetings and where I could work from so I chose it over a normal hotel so that I could have a separate work place in my room. Pros: Excellent location in this part of Amman, in the middle of a lively(ish) shopping district, cinema and some restaurants Excellent service; room did not have a desk, but when I asked if one was possible they were able to provide a small desk and chair. Kitchenette had a microwave Great value for money Cons: Living room part of the suite I stayed in was on the inside of the room and did not have a window - except on to the bedroom Suite looked at the rear courtyard, though didn't mind that much because it was quieter than street side Needs a bigger street sign!

Nice hotel close to shopping center ,mall and Rest

The hotel in a good condition ,not too far from the international airport and in a very nice place close to mall , shopping and Resturant . The staff of the hotel are very cooperative and helpful . Regarding the room , it is supplied with fridge ,microwave,TV with cable channel ,private bathroom and free wifi . The breakfast is good and served in the room . Overall the hotel is good

I stayed in this hotel for 1 night; it has a really great location in the middle of everything , with kind and friendly staff they help me in a lot of things ; them rooms are well cleaned and fresh ! It was perfect & I highly recommend it :) Thanks Khotar :)
