had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The location was perfect and very close to everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent every day. I truly felt welcomed, safe, and well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and exceptional service. I will definitely come back again!

The hotel is in a good location, but it feels like I’m entering a military base every time I come back. The taxi drops me off on the street since the hotel drop off area is closed off. The meta detector check every time seems like an overkill. My room was next to a large door lead from the elevators to the room hallway and the door was not dampened so evert time someone opened it it would slam shut.

This is our go to hotel in Jordan. Fantastic location conveniently located as part of a mall which has everything you need. Opposite to the hotel are many affordable breakfast, and dinner options, as well as the best bakery in Jordan (Al Sufara) and two of the best dessert shops (Habiba and Nafeesa). Rooms/bathrooms are spacious and clean and availability of connected rooms.
