Our stay for one night to be close to the airport was fine despite the logistics of Reno’s going on. Front desk was moved to partner hotel. They had a complimentary bottle of rosé and 2 juices in our room as a form of apology for any inconveniences which was a nice touch. My concern with the disorganization is that I paid in full through Expedia in February for this stay in September and the payment even included the local tax. Upon check in, we were charged the local tax and at check out, we were charged for the room. I had to submit proof of payment to the person at the desk which she said she would submit to head office but I have not heard from them nor seen charges reversed on my credit card.

The airport shuttle was great. The customer service was awesome. They were just in the middle of a rental and that made for some racket outdoors however, we had a very good stay.

Okay hotel, very close to the airport which is primarily the reason we stayed there, the shuttle service is a bonus. The room was average, but clean. The hotel was undergoing some renovations at the time of our stay, but that is good as the hotel needs a bit of an upgrade.

The only place to hang around is the airport/train station which is a bus ride away. The hotel provides shuttle service to it which is good.
