Staff very customer oriented, concerfor our comfort. For multi day stays they give a free drink per person if you forego maid service which is an ecological plus. Être 2 minutes away. Free breakfast copious and varied hot and cold. Next to the arena if you are coming for a show or game

The service of the staff was awesome they are all polite nice and always provide help if needed. They are all friendly. The only problem is the hotel it self probably needs a renovation or deep clean. We were in a room where the sink and the shower drain is not draining we had to request to be moved to a different room. Good thing the receptionist was kind enough to move us right away. As much as i appreciate the staff inyhink their is better hotels to find. Location is close to the train station but at least 30-45 mins away from the amsterdam city center.

Visible Blood stains on mattress. shower didn’t drain properly, meaning the basin filled up rapidly and shower had to be repeatedly turned off to stop overflow. Hot food at breakfast was cold both days.

Last min stay in Amsterdam Zuidoost

I needed to book a last minute stay for some family members. Staff were very helpful. Room was large and clean. My family did say the breakfast was simple but enough for them. If you need a hotel with access to all types of public transport, these is a great place to stay. I find it a bit dead for night owls or people seeking after party fun. There is a small bar in the hotel. Plenty of good food choices around the hotel for most budgets. Going out to events means you are near by Arena, Pathe Cinema, Ziggo Dome and Afas are at your doorstep. We will use this hotel again for family.

Great location and good for family breaks

Clean room decent breakfast and great location. This is the perfect location for those visiting Amsterdam as it’s very close 5 minutes walk from the train station. Venturing away from the hotel there a bucket loads of shops such as Lidl Cinnabon and a host of other eateries. It’s a decently priced high street with all dietary requirements catered for. The hotel could do with a vending machine for drinks etc

Waiting for everything

Took over 20 minutes to check in,over 30 mins to get room key updated when I extended my stay.Front desk staff understaffed waited 30 mins at the bar eventually a gentleman served me who had actually clocked off and was going home. Could be good but no staff.

Room standard and quality.

My room was very comfortable and I had a very good view of the square and the festival which was held on the Saturday. Staff at the Hotel were very helpful, friendly and polite, however there were a few who could smile more. Reception staff should explain to guest use of card to operate the lift. Special Thanks to Melvin who was very helpful in helping me to organize a boat trip. I would like to suggest that maybe there could be a fridge in the room, and also some slippers, larger towels in bathroom maybe a small sofa, where guest could relax, and a better variety of teas, and water. Restaurant staff were very polite and helpful. Housekeeping very good. Overall I had a good stay and would stay again, due to the location of all other transport and amenities.
