My stay was most enjoyable. Two staff members stick out: Jackie in the breakfast area is one. She was very friendly and gave me valuable advice about places of interest after finding out that this was my first time in Amsterdam and what I was looking for. The second person was Mr. Olumude Olowolafe at the check in counter. Very professional and provided me with transportation options and how to get around Amsterdam. He also was very friend and personable. I've worked in the customer service field for 20 years and these two individuals are people needed on the front line of an organization to show the best the company has to offer.

Staff were excellent but housekeeping need a list to follow of what is needed, Shower half wall produced water on floor with no bath mat to mop up. Coffee supplies not restocked. Breakfast excellent (best experienced) Front desk folk excellent and overall great. When request for hopusekeeping, prompt. Had to collect towels from front desk. Staffing issues??

A city alive at night.

The hotel is near the ferry and train stations. It offers a nice continental breakfast included with your reservation.The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel had a wonderful night view.

Good hotel, which needs some improvements.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Matteo at check-in was outstanding – very friendly, professional, and always ready with useful information throughout my stay. Most of the staff were also welcoming and smiling, both at reception and in the breakfast/bar area, which created a pleasant atmosphere. The room was spacious, with beautiful design, perfect lighting, excellent soundproofing, efficient air conditioning, and a very comfortable bed. I also appreciated how pet-friendly the hotel is, with an excellent kit provided for my dogs. The location is very convenient, with several restaurants, supermarkets, bus stops, and metro/ferry connections to the city center within 1–1.5 km. I really liked the lobby and the small shop at the entrance. On the downside, the carpet had many stains that made it look older than it is, I found some hair in the toilet, and I missed having a minibar. I also think the wooden outdoor tables look a bit out of place compared to the otherwise modern and elegant décor of the hotel, almost like camping furniture. Finally, service at those tables was very slow – after waiting 45 minutes one evening, I decided to leave. Overall, a very good experience with only a few details to improve, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for its comfort, design, location, and friendly staff.

I liked how convenient it is to travel to Amsterdam Centraal Station from the hotel with the metro, as well as the option to rent bicycles (although I did not use it as I can't navigate the city well yet without my phone). The staff and services were helpful and friendly. Only gripe is the area outside of the hotel which can be too quiet and dark to see properly sometimes, however it is still safe and I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
