Delightful Stay

Really lovely staff, 24 hour reception was very handy and felt very secure - wonderful to feel so safe as a solo female traveller! Great recommendations from the staff for local amenities. The room was very clean and spacious and quiet. Will be staying here when I come back to Amsterdam!

We had a great stay! Very well located in a calm quiet neighborhood with plenty of places to eat and have a drink. Room was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel De Hallen was hands down the best hotel we stayed at while on our Europe trip! We loved the unique charm of it being built in a former tram station and loved the interior design. The hotel itself was beautiful, rooms were kept clean and were very comfortable, and the location was fantastic for exploring Amsterdam. In addition, they also rented out bikes so you can explore the town in true Amsterdam fashion! Can’t recommend it enough!!

Staff have bad attitude. Especially Italian guy that works the afternoon shift. Never smiles and just stares at you. Bad location, 30 euro from the main area. Outside of hotel terrible _ dead plants, weeds growing and ash trays everywhere. Would not recommend.
