Oustading staff and great location. However, our mattress needed to be replaced, it did not have enough support for 2 people. Also the hotel does not have central air and the weather was quite warm while we were there making it difficult to sleep.

Enjoyed the stay!

The reception staff were excellent and informative, and we appreciated the clean and tidy room! Located on a quiet street off a main road, we didn’t find street noise to be a problem. The bus route from the airport was easy and direct with the hotel a short walk from the bus station. Would stay here again!

Last week I stayed here, very good hotel, in the city and walking distance during the day and easy uber at night. All staff is very friendly and easy to communicate with. If ever back in Amsterdam, I would look to definitely stay here again.

The friendliest hotel ever! They let us check out at 1:00 with no problem or extra charge. Breakfast is big and deliicous, though starts a bit late at 8:00 (owing to bakeries opening at 7). Room was simple but comfortable and clean. The area is quiet.

O hotel é bem localizado, mas o quarto era minúsculo e a porta do banheiro era de correr, não fechava absolutamente nada, dava para ver a outra pessoa dentro. Simplesmente a porta do banheiro é chocante, não há qualquer privacidade. O banheiro é minúsculo, o chuveiro é somente um chuveirinho. Nas fotos parece que o quarto é maior, na realidade é muito pequeno. Se for para duas pessoas, não tem nem circulação. Ficamos chateados, tentamos trocar, mas o valor a acrescentar era horrível.

Great place to stay. Good water pressure for long hair and coffee is included -- you can make latte, cappacino, espresso, tea, hot chocolate, etc... Staff was super helpful and friendly. Neighborhood was safe and so easy to get around. Just watch out for the bikers!

Nice and quiet

The room was available prior to check-in and although right next to reception, it was nice and quiet. The room was very small but it served our needs. The room was clean and comfortable too. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
