This was my second visit. The staff are wonderful and provide excellent service. The hotel is very clean, the breakfast is delicious with many choices. The location is convenient to all the central area of the city.

I read quite a few reviews that were negative about the staff and property. My experience was the complete opposite. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the building was very clean, and our room was very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is in a great location, central to most things but also away from the main busy tourist bustle areas We never had to walk more than 20 mins to get anywhere from the hotel, fabulous shops, sights, cafes and restaurants very close by. We walked from the train station easily. The staff are fabulous, so friendly, kind and could not be more helpful, dealt with any request and offered advice and help to any questions or queries we had. Rooms are comfortable and clean Just note some rooms on 1st floor are on the route to breakfast room, we did not know this and it was quite noisy with people going past in the morning, so ask for a room the opposite side away from breakfast!

Excellent friendly staff who assisted with bookings & ensuring guests were comfortable. Loved the fresh apples available in the lobby everyday. We were a large group and enjoyed using the beautiful lounge/work spaces on the 2nd level.
