Excellent stay. Helpful staff, very clean. Would recommend if you have a conference at the RAI centre right next to it. It was also however very easy to get to the city centre or the airport. Would definitely go back at my next stay in Amsterdam.

Very close to Metro to get to your destination. The only knock on the hotel is the breakfast during our 5 day stay had no changes to the buffet. Could change it up certain days. Log you needed to wait in the lobby during check in or check out, the waiting area was at the opposite end of the lobby. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel.

An absolutely beautiful hotel, however they have 2 restaurants onsite and room service noted until 10:45 and tried to get a dessert for my birthday and was denied. The first restaurant refused to allow me a dessert to go and said I would need a table but no tables were available and told no room service available and it was only 9:30p
