Wonderful staff and exceptional manager! Only issue was tub drained slow and needed to be cleared, along with the sink and there was some long hair strands stuck to the wall behind the bathroom waste basket. BUT these were extremely MINOR and the CARE AND KINDNESS OF TYE STAFF made me not only feel welcome but safe and slept WONDERFULLY! I will absolutely stay here again! Thank you to the outstanding staff for your kindness and professionalism.

overall our stay was very pleasant however after checking out we noticed almost a week later that our deposit still had not been released. We decided to extend our stay by one day and had to leave an additional deposit because it was considered a new reservation. Both of the deposits had not been released even though we had checked out literally almost a week prior. The customer service rep that answered the phone was very polite and said sorry and that he would work on it but could not give a satisfactory response as to why the deposit had not been released yet. He said it might've been a glitch or because we booked with the third-party but this is not the first Holiday Inn we have had this issue with. Hoping to see our deposits back soon and hope this helps somebody else in case they encounter the same issue.

This is my 3rd time staying here, the lobby has been updated but the rooms could really use it, the thermostat in my room wouldn’t turn on and when I reported it they said, just use the one under the window (that has a sign that said don’t use). My key cards keep having to be reset becaue they stopped working 4xs in my 3 day stay. It’s an easy safe walk to Disneyland and it’s clean enough but it’s defiantly not was nice as it had been staying there in years past.
