This well kept space is cozy and inviting with an open concept layout, large bedroom, and vaulted loft ceiling. Conveniently located in UMED/UAA district with easy 5 minute walks to Providence, ANMC, and local cuisines. Only a 15 minute drive from the airport and downtown Anchorage!

*note that this building is undergoing renovations, expect to hear construction during business hours*

This is a one-bedroom unit with one king size bed on the second floor.

Private entrance up an exterior staircase.

This is a renovated apartment in and older building-- the pipes make loud noises which may be heard during the night.

The water for showers takes a long time to become hot.
