Convenient shuttle, not far from the airport, clean comfortable room. Arrived late at night so I didn't really see the neighborhood. There is not a restaurant on the premises so best to dine before checking in. The next time I overnight in Anchorage I'll book another room.

Terrible customer service. Expedia said they offered shuttle service. When I asked about it the check in staff laughed at me. The manager flat out refused even though it was less than a mile away and on the way to the airport that they did shuttle to. Property was run down. At least it was quiet and appeared clean. Decor was 1985 ish.

Pricey for a budget hotel

Rooms are okay for a budget hotel (don't expect anything fancy), but clearly need some renovations. For the same price (~$300 a night), you could get a much nicer room at an upscale hotel in the lower 48, but I guess this is just how things are in Anchorage during peak tourist season.

Never offered clean towels, never emptied trash, never checked to see if we needed anything or offered to clean up. Trash in the trash can around the elevator was there a week. Needed to clean in elevator. Front door frame was filthy. Looked like in our room they maybe started painting or repair. Toilet clogged. I went down and got plunger and unclogged it myself.

For the price, it’s a dump, but tourist season so they have you. Really dated hotel. Our window had tape holding it together because of all the cracks in the glass. Funky smell.

The most disgusting location I have stayed at. Rat feces down the hall ways. Stains on carpets. Bathrooms a mess. Open windows without screens. AND I was charged $485 a night to stay. Corporate should investigate this mess
