Called hotel for pickup, no answer...! Over 15 call within an hr. Decide taxi was my only choice $20. Once arrived, clerck said wrong hotel ,eventhough it was same hotel as in the ad. He told me it was under new management and a little confusing. I had purchased insurance but it was completely useless trying to cancel reservation within less than an hour and a half after purchase. Very misleading. Called Microtel inn over 20 times within an hours time with absolutely NO answer. ! Tried even hours later multipal times with still no answer. All which is LOGGED in phone on previously called. Pls a response would be appreciated

Honestly, i would give it 1 star if it wasnt for the staff being kind enough. The floor was dirty as if it hadnt veen vacuumed in weeks, odd stains all over the kitchen and bathroom walls that look like old food and who knows what, old urine and other dirty toilet seat, on top of the toilet not flushing.

I couldn't get up the stairs to even check in. I glanced in and it looked old and run down as well, and I headed back to my car, then a female in the parking lot told me not to stay there without being armed. I drove literally 45 minutes to Anchorage to find somewhere I felt safe to stay.

Under the heater was food that was not picked up. There was long dark black hair in the shower that i used a tissue to get out of the shower so i could use it. Checkin and check out was fast and easy. I did both of those online.
