Large windows flood the space with natural light, while blackout shades ensure peaceful sleep during the midnight sun. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and a unique footrest made from repurposed copper pipes. An extra fridge/freezer in the utility room provides ample space for your groceries or fresh Alaskan catch. Enjoy meals together in the formal dining room or take the evening outside.

A car is recommended for exploring the area. The property includes a garage with a long driveway with plenty of parking space. There is a second driveway perfect for your RV or day visitors.

To ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, please be mindful of our neighbors. This home is in a quiet, owner-occupied neighborhood, and local noise ordinances are strictly enforced. Parties, celebrations or overnight guests not on rental documents must be approved in writing prior to arrival.
