I waited 45 minutes to catch the shuttle which never showed up. So I ended up catching a cab. No hot water. when I told the front desk they smiled and said you have to find the right spot. I'm a contractor so I think I can figure out how to find the hot water. Maybe I'm cranky, I had been up for 36 hours straight and wanted to get to my room and take a shower.
