We only used the shuttle to get us to the civic center for our next destination and reserved it when we checked in. The first room we had was not good at all and requested to be moved which was honored. The hotel had a slight refurb but could definitely use an overhaul of the rooms. The staff was great. Couldn't be nicer. We arrived at the train station and the transfer van was there within 10 minutes and the lady driver was very helpful with restaurant suggestions. The room was very disappointing. Faint smell of cigarette smoke, old loud air conditioner and only one bath towel. For the price they charged, it should have been a lot better.
