Modern, clean and spacious!! The Hightower Suite is a premium condominium centrally located in the town square of Girdwood. The award winning Hightower Suite Condo was Voted the #1 place to stay in Girdwood Alaska by a survey of my close friends and family!

SUMMER SEASON-
For summer time events & activities the Hightower Suite is in the best spot! The best restaurants, bars, grocery store, coffee shop, hiking trailheads, Community Park & Forest Fair grounds are all situated within a 6 min walking distance of this award winning property.

THE PROPERTY-
This condo boasts a full kitchen with a dishwasher, free WiFi, a gas fireplace, flatscreen cable TV with a DVD player, and a 3rd floor balcony. The condo is elevator accessible and garage parking keeps you out of the rain and snow.

This well-appointed unit is your home away from home. Comfortably sleeping up to 6 people. Both bedrooms are furnished with a queen size bed, dresser and closet with private access to their own full bathrooms. The Master bedroom has a private bathroom with dual “his and hers” sinks and full size walk in closet. There is additional sleeping arrangements on the pullout couch in the living room that offers a full size mattress.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need while you are away from home. Cook a delicious meal and enjoy in the dining area with seating for six. Enjoy an early morning cup of coffee on the balcony table with the beautiful mountain views in the background.

Are you driving to Girdwood? We got you covered there to. The heated garage is a huge plus, especially during the winter months where it has been known to snow up to 40 inches over night!

Year-round there is always something fun going on in Girdwood. With abundant hiking and biking trails or the numerous festivals and events like – Forrest Fair, Slushcup, Oktoberfest, the Blueberry Festival or the Frostbite Festival (and many more) Girdwood has something for everyone. The 3rd floor unit was spacious, clean and well appointed. Access to parking in the garage was very easy and the wagon for hauling our belongings was especially helpful.The only glitch was using the keypad to open the unit door. Our host assisted remotely, which was helpful.

Enjoyed our first time to Alaska and this condo was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting sites in the area. Girdwood is a cute town. Fun to walk around. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Bjorn was great in responding when we had a question. Would stay there again and highly recommend.

Another Great Stay!

This is our second time staying at this condo in Girdwood. We did not hesitate to book again when a couple of friends wanted to visit Alaska. The condo is clean, has everything you need during your stay, and is very conveniently located to explore Alaska. We will see you again!

Liked the location. Not as clean as prior stay. Floor needed better vac. Snot rag on the deck. Hair in the tub not belonging to us. Use of the stove caused the smoke alarm to go on.
