The main house

The living area is bright and offers a seating area ideal for sharing a cup of coffee, relaxing with a good book, or watching a movie on TV. You will also discover a dining room, perfect for convivial meals. Finally, a fully equipped kitchen awaits you: induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Here you will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals.



The main house, which can accommodate 8 people, has 4 bedrooms. The first, located on the ground floor, has a flowery double bed and antique parquet floors, ideal for a couple. The second bedroom, in golden tones, offers a bed for two with two single beds put together, and has a large opening onto the garden, offering a soothing view. The last two bedrooms, also equipped with single beds, are located upstairs in the attic, perfect for duos or children.



You will also find a large modern bathroom with Italian shower, a second bathroom upstairs, two separate toilets, a washing machine, an iron, a barbecue, as well as two parking spaces.



Addiction

In the garden, the second 60m2 house (outbuilding) has a kitchen equipped with a kettle, a Nespresso capsule machine, a toaster, a microwave, two electric hotplates, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and a washing machine.



The living room of this outbuilding includes a dining room for 4 people, ideal for your meals, as well as a lounge area conducive to relaxation.



For your nights, the first bedroom welcomes you with a double bed (140x190), and the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds. The bathroom, accessible from the first bedroom, includes an Italian shower, a sink and a toilet. You will also enjoy a 40m2 terrace with its two deckchairs
