New 2025: Come stay in this beautiful 2-room apartment in the city center of Andernos-les-bains. Located 450m from the Arcachon Bay. This 2-room apartment consists of a living room, a fully equipped independent kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a balcony.

This T2 is located on the 1st floor of a secure residence and does not have a private parking space, you can park for free on the street.
The apartment consists of:
-of a very bright stay with sofa bed, television, dining table for 4 people.
-with an independent and fully equipped kitchen: vitroceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, Tassimo coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, mop.
-of a room with a 140x200 bed and wardrobe
-of a bathroom with an Italian-style shower, electric towel warmer
-of a separate bathroom
-of a washing machine
-with a balcony-terrace equipped with a table and chairs.

The residence is ideally located in the heart of Andernos-Les-Bains, 300m from the market square, 450m from the Basin, and 10 km from the ocean beaches.

Andernos les bains is a city of over 12,000 inhabitants that lives all year round, with 1 cinema, a covered public swimming pool, 1 skate park, 1 city stadium, several playgrounds for children, a climbing wall, a laser game, 1 padel court... You can stroll along the pedestrian street to shop, eat an ice cream or a crepe, walk on the pier (the longest in France offering a unique panorama of the Basin, the Tchanquées cabins, the bird island...) or eat oysters in one of the multiple tastings at the port.
The natural site of Quinconces and will also liquidate to discover the fauna and flora of the Arcachon Basin and walk to Arès.
Without forgetting the Domaine de Certes (Audenge), the ornithological reserve of Teich, the Aqualand park (Gujan Mestas), the Ladybug Park and Kid Park (Gujan Mestras).
One hour south, you will not be able to come to the basin without visiting Arcachon and the winter city and then climbing the Dune du Pilat.
40 minutes to the north, you will visit the Cap Ferret Peninsula, its 10 villages, its oyster ports, the Cap Ferret lighthouse, the panoramic view from the Cap-Ferret point, the ice creams from Frédhélian, the Bélisaire jetty, the little train...
The vast network of bicycle paths in the Gironde will allow you to tour the basin by bike, connect to ocean beaches, Cap Ferret, or even Arcachon for the most motivated cyclists.
Maritime shuttles from Uba connect Andernos to Arcachon and Cap Ferret to Arcachon.
The Passe Marée also allows you to reach Arcachon by sea, even at low tide, and it also offers boat trips on the basin, departing from Andernos.
On the Basin side, you will find a multitude of small beaches between Arès and Andernos, but you will have to wait for high tide to swim, except at the Saint Brice Lake (Arès), a small water retention area in the basin, which allows swimming regardless of the tide.
With children, you will love the Betey beach (Andernos), where you can enjoy a children's playground directly on the beach, taste ice cream, crepes... in the small beach snack bar, have a picnic in the shade of pine trees and swim at high tide.
On the Atlantic Ocean side, the Grand Crohot beach is the ocean beach closest to Andernos (about 20 minutes by car), but you will find a multitude of beaches more or less crowded, more or less accessible, along the kilometers of coastline offered by the Atlantic Ocean.

Piraillan Market: every morning from mid-June to mid-September

You can do your shopping in the supermarkets of Andernos: Intermarché, Netto, Carrefour City, Shopi or in Ares: Leclerc, Lidl.

In summer and winter, the basin is lively all year round thanks to local events:
The Oyster Festival of Arès on the weekend of August 15th
Cabins in celebration on the first Saturday of December
The Andernos Jazz Festival at the end of July

Finally, let's not forget Lacanau, Soulac-sur-Mer, Bordeaux, the vineyards of Médoc and its castles...
