Our room was 79 degrees with no air on when we entered. Most hotels turn the air on for you when you’re about to arrive. It was too hot to stay in the room. Once the AC was turned on it cooled down after 30 minutes. Someone came up to help us as soon as we called.

Downhill

I have stayed at this hotel more times than I can remember . The hotel has quickly gone down hill. The place is filthy and outdated. I checked in , went to room and the entire room smelled like urine ( it looked clean) I requested a different room for the next night. I opened the door to that room and it was filled with cigarette smoke and weed. Needless to say I left and did not stay my second night as hotel was sold out with no other room availability. I went to use the hotel gym as well. It looks as if it has NEVER been cleaned . Peloton broke, a treadmill broke, mats and floors filthy. Coffee machine has not been cleaned and has particles that come out when you push coffee button. The workers are extremely friendly but act like there is nothing they can do . ( lots of “ I know” answers) I have an upcoming reservation which I will cancel.

Night 1– dog barking at 1am floor below us with no owner around to get him quiet. Night 2– very loud room two doors down wrestling/fightng/screaming though out the night. Free breakfast was pretty much empty when we arrived 20 minutes before it closed. Staff tears down immediately so can’t even refill drinks. Room key programmed to lock you out at 10am so if you go down for breakfast, you need help getting back into your room. Next time will pay more elsewhere to avoid being near barking dogs and people who don’t give a sh*t about others on the floor.

First we were put on a room that the sheets weren’t changed, then the front desk attendant rolled her eyes when we asked to have another room. Then the next day, housekeeping never clean room, put new towels nor did they came to pick up trash.

Excellent stay

We were blown away by the size of the common area and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and also very helpful. We highly recommend staying there and we will definitely be back soon.

Close to Clemson. Sadly, the room was filthy when we checked in. I am 51 years old. Dirtiest room I have ever been. The staff was nice. Would not stay there again.

I arrived at 4:30 in my room was not ready for chicken when I returned at 5:30. The room was not vacuum. There was no fruit available in the breakfast buffet.

When we checked in there was a private gala happening-tons of people, minimal parking, but the staff was great. Once to our toon we didn’t hear a peep from the event downstairs. We used to stay at a different hotel when in town- we will be staying here again in the future!

You could hear people opening their doors and then the door would slam shut and wake me up. I barely slept because of the doors slamming. Also I was in a room that had sliding door to atrium where breakfast was served and you could hear the people in the atrium and chairs moving. Again no good sleep!!
