I asked for ADA accessible. There was nothing in the room. No grab bars whatsoever. When I let them know they couldn’t have cared less. We were there for a family wedding and had multiple rooms. My brother had to move 3 times. Palmetto bugs. I was there several years ago and I was the one who suggest this place. Never again. Truly horrible

Could Have Been Cleaner But Still Nice

The hot tub had a lot of big bugs in it. I had to use a towel to scoop them out before I felt comfortable getting in. I never could find the button to make the hot tub bubbly. There were no staff outside and I was already wet so I didn't want to walk all the way back into the lobby. The kitchen was nice until I realized that there was a really gross dirty crusty fork in with all the "clean" utensils. Luckily I saw it before I used anything so I just had to make sure to clean and scrub any dishes/utensils before I used them. One thing that was annoying but not the hotel's fault was how close they were to train tracks. I'd stayed here twice before and never noticed a train but this night (a Tuesday), a train went by multiple times in the night, waking me up each time (at least twice, possibly 3x?). Bring ear plugs if you stay.
