A peculiar characteristic of the unit is its extraordinary freshness. Even on the hottest summer days, in fact, its slightly semi-buried position gives it a very pleasant temperature. The absolute gem of the accommodation is finally the entrance courtyard which overlooks the street but is completely facing the sea. Here you can easily have lunch in the shade of the umbrella or relax on one of the deckchairs made available to you.
A travel cot and high chair are available on request.
The house consists of two flats on two levels. The one intended for guests will be the lower one. In high season (June-September) the owner will be on the upper floor. He is a serious and respectful person and the entrances to the two flats are separate.
